IOBH Conference 2025: Your Registration details

Early Bird Registration:  $299 (Good  til 03/01/2025

General Registration: $325 (03/01/2025 til 04/12/2025)

All requests for registration refunds due to cancellation must be received in writing. Cancellations must be emailed to Info@iobhconference.org. An administrative fee of $75 will be deducted from all refunds of cancellation requests received before  March 1, 2025. Registrants who do not cancel before March 1, 2025, and do not attend the conference, will be responsible for the full registration fee. Unclaimed registration fees cannot be transferred to a future IOBH conference event.

Paid registrants unable to attend the conference may send an alternate. Substitution requests must be received in writing and sent to info@iobhconference.org. An administrative fee of $50 will be charged for each substitution. Substitutions can be made at any time. The participant or organization will be responsible for the fee. Unclaimed registration fees cannot be transferred to a future IOBH Conference events.
